Survey changes

The survey questionnaire can be found on the NHS Staff Survey website, along with other survey documents, which are accessible here.

The survey questions are aligned to the People Promise and two main themes of Staff Engagement and Morale (see ‘People Promise and Themes’ dashboard page for more details).

Key changes to the 2024 survey:

One new question was introduced for 2024:

• Q29g. To what extent do these statements reflect your view of your organisation as a whole? I am able to access clinical supervision opportunities when I need to.

One question (Q46: “What is your occupational group”) includes a change to one response option for 2024 as follows:

• ‘Approved social workers / Social workers / Residential social workers’ changed to ‘Social workers’
